Dr. Timothy Gillespie (D.Min) joined the Crosswalk team in October 2014. Tim has been involved in innovative ministry for the last 20 years, with a short hiatus to work in Healthcare, specifically, population health. He has brought that learning to Crosswalk as lead pastor, moving CW to a more data-driven outreach model of community engagement. He and Sara have been married for 23 years and have 3 children; Hannah, Jacob & Isaac.
Pr. Tom grew up less than a mile from Crosswalk Church, and has been on staff since 2012. He received his BA in Educational Ministry from Loma Linda University and his M.Div from Andrews University. He has been in ministry for 26 years and in Junior High Ministry for 20 of those years. Tom enjoys time with his family, cars, fitness, football and friends.
Ashley has been an intern at Crosswalk since July 2017. She is a freshman at La Sierra University, and has been leading worship at Crosswalk for over a year now. Ashley sang her first solo when she was just 18 months old and has not stopped singing since. Ashley believes that the impact she has and creates doesn’t come from herself, but through God. “It is God who impacts and moves people, I am just an instrument.” She hopes to use her voice to reveal God to others and make them feel part of the worship community.
Kevin Jimenez joined Crosswalk Church at the beginning of 2016. Aside from being a professional drummer and educator, Kevin enjoys mentoring others to become confident leaders in a community of worship. His goal is to encourage, inspire, and bring out the full potential of each musician.
Isai has been the Youth Pastor since June, 2016. Aside from High School Ministry, he is also heavily involved with marketing, social media, & worship. His goal is to inspire young people to use their context and creativity to express what they believe about God.
Chad Manalo became the Music Director at Crosswalk Church in May of 2016. It is his hope that the music at Crosswalk will create an atmosphere of authentic worship where both believers and non-believers can experience the love of God.
Alexandra joined the team as the Office Assistant in January of 2017 but has been attending Crosswalk for several years now. Very early on, she was able to find a loving community at Crosswalk for her and her family. Her hope is to see more people find a home in Jesus through the ministry that happens at Crosswalk.
Jordan De Guzman
Jordan is a passionate audio engineer who who has found a home here at Crosswalk. Aside from his work in the film industry, Jordan loves mentoring and training the Crosswalk Audio Team. His goal is to create a distraction free environment so that people can encounter Jesus more clearly.
Devon became a Worship Intern at Crosswalk in April 2018. He has been a part of our worship team since 2016. Devon has been using music as his way of ministry for over 10 years. As a Worship Lead, his goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone is welcome by sharing his love for God and passion for worship. He hopes other growing musicians in our community find a home in Crosswalk and have an opportunity to share their talents.
Chelsea has found a sense of joy and purpose at Crosswalk. She has a passion for creating spaces of warmth and welcome and is eager to continue sharing more of Jesus' love to the children of CW.
In 2016, she married Kendrick, who is a great help in Intersections.
Christianne's journey began in April of 2005 as the office assistant. She is passionate about helping others and loves to see people connect and grow in their relationships with each other and with God. Her heart is filled with joy as she enters the office each morning not knowing what exciting things will challenge her.
Jay Wilson joined the Crosswalk family in July of 2016. He brings a unique perspective to the Crosswalk staff with a background in computer information systems, systems administration, networking and infrastructure, and nearly 15 years of experience operating and implementing technical components for various production environments. His knowledge and skill in stage lighting, video projection systems, and live video production all serve towards providing a meaningful worship experience for attending congregations both in the building, and across the world.
Kenny Miranda is a graduating senior at La Sierra University. He has been a worship musician since he was in middle school, and has a passion for the drums, bass, and the keys. He has been attending Crosswalk since 2016 and since then has made it his mission to share the love of God through music.
