"A Gift of Life for Mother's Day "

This year, like many others in the past, CrossWalk members are choosing a gift that honors motherhood, while also providing life-saving help to Ethiopian mothers and children. Much of this region is without health care, and desperately poor. In appreciation for each $25 gift to aid mothers and children in Ethiopia, you will receive a beautiful Mother’s Day card with the inscription “A Gift of Life on Mother’s Day.” When you send these to the special woman in your life, the message inside identifies you as the donor, and describes the way in which your gift will help ease the crisis that grips a nation and millions of it’s people-thousands of them young mothers and innocent children. The value of your gift multiplies many times over in Ethiopia, and will continue working for months in the form of primary medical care, maternity services, health education and training and placement of urgently needed healthcare workers. You will find these cards in the foyer, feel free to grab as many as you need on your way out if you would like to be a part of this wonderful way of helping others.
