Point In Time Count

Every two years the County of San Bernardino is required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to conduct a Point In Time Count. A minimum of 1,000 community volunteers are needed to accomplish this task. The Point In Time Count is a method for identifying homeless individuals and families within our county. Information collected during the count is submitted to HUD for analysis to identify funding for needed services.
