Crosswalk Church is experiencing wonderful growth, dynamic community, and many opportunities to learn to #lovewell. Executive Pastor

Our current need is for a strong Executive/Administrative position who will work closely with the lead pastor and leadership team (that’s what we call the church board here at Crosswalk) in implementing the vision of Crosswalk church to #lovewell. This person should have experience in management of ministry, holds a master’s degree, is theologically trained, can handle the administration of large budgets, is an excellent communicator, believes in innovation, can work cross-culturally, and is interested in creating a healthy leadership culture. This position directly reports to the lead pastor. Please see attached job description for more information. 

Facilities Coordinator/Maintenance

Crosswalk currently occupies approximately 40,000 square feet of physical space. That space is in need of someone who will take on the responsibility to see that it is ready for ministry at any given time. This position is a part-time position (20 hours/week) that will include maintenance, set up/tear down, light cleaning, repairs, assessment of upkeep, and the ability to be self-motivated in finding what needs to be done and making it happen.
